๐Ÿ›๏ธ Game Tutorial

Welcome Commander

This tutorial explains the core systems of the game: cities, buildings, resources, population, mines, transport ships, expansion, Academy research, alliances, score, premium boosts, protection, military, and the Market.

Goal Build cities, grow population, produce resources, trade, expand, and compete in rankings.
Server Time 2026-09-18 23:40:44
Main Rule Most city actions require resources and may be blocked while another building is under construction.

๐Ÿš€ Getting Started

  1. Your first city starts with a Command Center.
  2. Assign population as workers on planet worksites to produce resources.
  3. Build Food Stockpile early to support population growth.
  4. Build Resource Warehouse when storage becomes tight.
  5. Build Planetary Shipyard to improve transport loading speed and buy more Transport Ships.
  6. Build an Academy, assign free population as scientists, then spend Research Points in Research Overview.
  7. Research Buildings level 2 before building a Palace to increase empire size and reduce corruption in non-capital towns.
  8. Build Market to trade resources for Planetary Gold.
Construction is usually limited to one active building construction per city.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Resources

Resource Use
๐Ÿชต Wood Basic construction resource. Also used to contribute to shared planet worksite upgrades.
๐Ÿงฑ Rock Used by stronger buildings and upgrades.
๐Ÿ’Ž Crystal Advanced resource from planets that produce crystal.
๐ŸŸก Sulphur Advanced resource and military resource.
๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Oil Advanced construction and upgrade resource.
๐ŸŒพ Food Feeds population and supports growth.
๐ŸŒŒ Dark Matter Advanced resource.
โšก Energy Advanced resource.
๐Ÿช™ Planetary Gold Generated by free population. Used for transport ships and Market trades.
โœจ Mysterious Matter Premium currency used for boosts and premium donations.
Stored resources are limited by warehouse capacity. Planetary Gold has no storage limit.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Population & Food

Population basics
  • Population can work in planet worksites.
  • Free population produces Planetary Gold.
  • Assigned workers do not count as free population for gold production.
  • If population is lost, assigned workers are automatically reduced if needed.
Food consumption
  • Population consumes food over time.
  • Base food consumption is based on population.
  • Food Stockpile can add extra food consumption but gives happiness.
  • If food reaches zero, Food Stockpile happiness stops helping growth.
Happiness and growth
  • Every city has default happiness of 50.
  • Food Stockpile adds happiness based on active level.
  • Population uses happiness.
  • Available happiness controls population growth.
  • If there is no food, growth stops.

๐Ÿ”ฌ Academy & Research

Academies turn assigned free population into research. Each scientist costs 1 Planetary Gold/hour and creates 1 Research Point/hour.

FieldEffect
Efficiency-0.5% normal building and unit-recruitment costs per level, capped at 25%.
Art of WarThe first three unit types are free; each later level unlocks the next advanced unit.
BuildingsL1 Embassy, L2 Palace, L3 Resource Boosters, L4 Cost Reducers, L5 City Shield, L6 slot 13, L7 slot 14.
Transport+20 capacity per ship per level and -0.5% flight time per level, capped at 40% time reduction.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ Buildings

  • Attackers must reduce the shield's HP to zero before they can pillage the city.
  • A breached shield returns at full strength for the next battle; it is not destroyed and does not need repairs.

โ›๏ธ Planet Worksites

Planet worksites are shared production sites on a planet. The worksite level is shared, but each city assigns its own workers and receives its own production.

Worksite Resource Base Capacity Production Upgrade
๐Ÿชต Saw Mill Wood 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
โ›๏ธ Quarry Rock 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
๐Ÿ’Ž Crystal Mine Crystal 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
๐ŸŸก Sulphur Mine Sulphur 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Oil Pump Oil 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
๐ŸŒพ Farm Food 20 workers 1.00 per worker/hour Players donate Wood or Mysterious Matter to increase shared level.
Corruption reduces worksite production in non-capital towns.

๐Ÿšš Transport Ships

Shipments can be incoming, outgoing, internal between your towns, or sent by you to another player.

๐ŸŒ Expansion & New Towns

Corruption rules
  • The capital has 0% corruption.
  • Town 2 needs local Palace level 1.
  • Town 3 needs local Palace level 2.
  • In general, town number N needs local Palace level N - 1.
  • Missing Palace levels create corruption and reduce efficiency.

๐Ÿช Market

Market lets players trade resources for Planetary Gold. Sell orders are limited by Market capacity. Buy orders are not limited by Market capacity, but require Planetary Gold escrow.

Level Build/Upgrade Time Cost Viewing Range Sell Capacity
1 5m 74 Wood 10 coordinates 500 total units
2 6m 104 Wood, 30 Rock 15 coordinates 800 total units

Sell orders
  • Require a completed Market.
  • Remove the listed resources from the seller city immediately.
  • Are limited by active Market sell capacity.
  • Seller receives Planetary Gold when another player buys.
  • If cancelled, remaining resources return to the city if storage allows.
Buy orders
  • Require a completed Market.
  • Have no Market capacity limit.
  • Reserve Planetary Gold immediately as escrow.
  • Another player can accept the buy order by supplying the requested resource.
  • If cancelled, remaining escrowed Planetary Gold is refunded.

Army upkeep is paid from Planetary Gold income. Training is blocked if upkeep would exceed gold income.

๐Ÿค Alliances

Alliances let commanders coordinate through a shared member list, live Alliance Total Score, and alliance-wide Diplomacy messages. Open Embassy & Diplomacy from any completed Embassy.

Create an alliance
  1. Build an Embassy.
  2. Keep at least 3 free Diplomacy Points.
  3. Open the Alliance tab in Embassy & Diplomacy, enter a Name, Tag and optional Description, then select Create Alliance.
  • Names allow letters, numbers and spaces only, up to 50 characters.
  • Tags allow up to 7 uppercase letters or numbers, with no spaces or symbols.
  • The leader counts as the first member and uses 1 Diplomacy Point.
  • Every additional member uses 1 more Diplomacy Point from the leader. There is no fixed member cap; the leader's available points set the capacity.
Find and apply to an alliance
  1. Open the Alliance tab and use Search Alliances by Name or Tag.
  2. Search results show public information: Name, Tag, leader and member count. Select an alliance name to read its Description.
  3. Select Request to Join. Your request is sent as a Diplomacy letter to the alliance leader.
  4. While it is pending, use Cancel Request to withdraw it immediately.

You can belong to only one alliance at a time.

Requests, members and leadership
  • The leader sees pending applications in the Alliance tab and can Accept or Reject each one, with an optional response letter.
  • An acceptance succeeds only when the leader still has at least 1 free Diplomacy Point.
  • Every member can open the roster, click a member to send a Diplomacy message, and view that member's Total Score.
  • Regular members may leave at any time.
  • The leader can kick members, transfer leadership to another member, or disband the alliance. A leader must transfer leadership or disband before leaving.
Alliance messages and score
  • Every member can send an Alliance Message. It is delivered through Diplomacy to all other alliance members.
  • Alliance messages support up to 1000 characters and have no cooldown.
  • Alliance Total Score is the live sum of every current member's Total Score from Rankings.
Diplomacy Points are also used by Trade Treaties. Keep enough free points before accepting more alliance members.

๐Ÿ† Score

Source Score Rule
City Buildings +1 score per 10 resources spent on city buildings.
Population +1 score per 1 population.
Planet Mine Donations +1 score per 100 Wood donated to planet mines/worksites.

Scores are cached and recalculated periodically or after important changes.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ New Player Protection

Expanding or attacking is a strategic choice because it removes protection.

โœ… Beginner Strategy

  1. Assign workers to Wood production first.
  2. Build Food Stockpile to keep population growing.
  3. Upgrade Command Center to increase population capacity.
  4. Build Resource Warehouse before resources overflow.
  5. Use Planetary Shipyard to move resources between cities faster.
  6. Use Palace to expand and reduce corruption.
  7. Build Market when you want to trade resources for Planetary Gold.
  8. Do not train more army than your Planetary Gold income can support.
