Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Planet Wars (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to play Planet Wars.
Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You may register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage ("multi-accounting") is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You must notify us immediately at support@planetwars.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

While playing Planet Wars, you agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or scripts.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Use offensive, racist, sexist, or otherwise harmful language in chat or usernames.
Impersonate staff, moderators, or other players.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Game's servers or infrastructure.
Buy, sell, or trade accounts, in-game items, or currency for real money outside of official channels.
Spam, advertise, or distribute malware through the Game.

Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

5. In-Game Rules

Fair Play: All players must compete fairly. Any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination.
Alliance & Guild Conduct: You are responsible for your actions within any alliance or guild you join.
Game Economy: Exploiting glitches or bugs to accumulate in-game resources is prohibited and may result in account rollbacks or bans.
Communication: In-game chat, forums, and messaging must comply with these Terms and our community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Planet Wars — including but not limited to graphics, text, game mechanics, logos, music, and code — is the exclusive property of Planet Wars and its developers. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to the Game (forum posts, chat messages, profile descriptions, etc.), you grant Planet Wars a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content. You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates these Terms.

8. Service Availability

Planet Wars is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Game.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the Game at any time with or without notice.
We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or data resulting from downtime or server issues.

9. Virtual Currency & In-Game Purchases

Any virtual currency or premium items purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Purchasing in-game items does not guarantee any competitive advantage, as game balance may change at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you forfeit all in-game progress, currency, and items without compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet Wars and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or in-game progress.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
